Always good, never disappointed! The only complaint we ever have is the pork dumplings are very doughy. Everything else is fantastic.

Our food was cold. I received a phone call ask8ng us not to come right away because of the amount of orders. Was told to wait 30 to 40 minutes, we only waited 15 minutes. Food was sitting on table, not sure for how long, but was cold when we got it home. Been going to Hong Chou for over 30 years, this may be our last.

We’ve been a few times and had great food. This time there was hardly any meat. Maybe 6 small slices per dish. Paid 13 bucks a dish for vegetables essentially. Wonton soup was delicious as always.

This order was not up to our expectations or your normal quality. The dry spare ribs were more bone and gristle than meat. When I ordered you called me back to tell me you were very busy and it would take 45 minutes, typically I can order and drive in from outside of Calgary to pick it up when ready. I believe your timing was way off and the food sat way to long prior to my arrival. Food was Luke warm at best and the dry spare ribs were not crispy. I give it a fair at best.
