Food was fast hot and fresh....pretty good all the way around. Not sure I'm in favor of the $5. Tip that they added on....but perhaps I'm not aware of how things work in the city??

I have been going to Hong Chou since I moved the area in 2000. The food is always great and the service even better.

It was ready on arrival and the generous portions were all hot. The fried rice and chow mein were outstanding with bits of extra veg adding to flavor and nutrition. The sweet and sour chicken balls were disappointing large dough balls surrounding bits of tough chicken. Over all it was a good experience and I'd like to try some of their other offerings.
